You need to arch your body. Bend forward approx 45 degrees, let your shoulders grab your body and bend it forward slightly.

Your chest must bend inwards a bit, whilst your upper body and shoulders bends forward to absorb the speed of the arriving ball, thus controlling it.

Practice by getting a friend to throw 'high balls' at you, whilst you try to control the ball.
It is quite difficult to explain this without a diagram, but I hope you've got the basic idea.

...it took me a while to get that stunt but i finally did, first you need to understand and know your body, you have to know when it is aligned straight, breath in, chest up, arch back,...keep trying, you'll get it, it is all about balance...kool

Short, shallow breaths. Your chest moves more when you breathe through your mouth, so breathe through your nose.
