I totally agree. I don't want to have to read their life story before I answer.

Sometimes after opening the question and I see it's going on forever, I will skip it. But other times if the subject is about something I really have an opinion about, then I'll take the time to read it. But I do think people should keep their questions to a minim...
I have just discovered this site and having fun with it. Some of the questions are just soooooo stupid you think 'how can this be for real?'

I'm guilty of doing that. Sometimes I see a question but when I click on it a whole "book" comes along with it. I generally skip to easier questions where I can answer as much as possible in a short time.

Agree 100%. I don't bother to read it or skip through it to get to the point to take the time to answer it. Sooooooooooooooo long.

Agreed. There are some lengthy answers I could do without too. Even on the net some people just want to hear their own voice. *G*

I love answering questions and I'll skip one that is a book, or just plain ignorant. of course, sometimes I do add my two cents to one that has a prejuice or sexist attitude.

Yes - and the ones that require me to read an article or answer a whole list of questions. I'm, like, "hey - I'm working here!"

Agree. These people who write books just to get to the 10-cent point annoy me! LOL

Especially with Matter of the Heart, they have a tendency to go on a bit long
