I was thinking Catherine Zeta-Jones before I opened this and saw she was your vote, too! She's a talented beauty who doesn't engage in the trash-talking and other ho-bag antics of other starlets.
I would also keep my eye on rising starlet Rachel McAdams, who is also very classy and elegant.
