Leave them be and let them do what they do. Obviously this person is a major hata. Dont associate yourself with people like this because they will always try to compete withyou, steal your shine, and do stuff behind your back. Leave her alone and get your grown woman on

You don't do anything with them. If this is a family member, then you show them love but no tolerence for their actions. If this is just someone you know, then stay away from them, they are making life alot harder then it needs to be, and they will only upset you with their words and actions to others. They will see life in a different lite sooner or later. We ALL do at some point. Blessed be.

Rise above them! Be better than that -- those activities and attitudes are born of fear and self-loathing and self-doubt. You don't want to be that person. And if you are still young, then it's too early to see the terrible effects such behavior will have on her life. I hope she becomes a happier person, for her own sake. But for your own sake, fight against the urge to be dragged down to her level -- try to replace all worrisome and negative thoughts about her stuff with positive thoughts about your own life and the friends you know you CAN rely on. She will eventually lose her power.

All you have to do is try and not let the person feel important. Their self esteem is so low that they have to belittle others to feel good about themselves.
My choice would be to ignore people like those because everything/everyone they come across loses its natural beauty.

You've met my sister in law? JK Nikki. Anyway Yes I know people like that and I am just very gaurded around them so they don't actually know anything about me so they can't twist it and use it against me.

Yes! There was this one bi tch that would always invite me over to her house, just to entertain herself and she would never say hi to me in the hallways. In fact, she would treat me like crap and then she would turn around and talk sh it about me behind my back and even tried to steal my crush even though she had a bf! Needless to say, I am always ignoring her calls forever and rejecting invitations to her house!

Yes. I avoid them. I try to surround myself with good, mentally healthy people. Not ones that are constantly causing problems.
