why cant i send or receive an IM in game rooms?

yahoo discontinued it as a way to cut down on cheating.
1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area..this also gets rid of the ads. then you can chat in room.

Yahoo has played with it for a while now and when they began the new format they left it out. It seems to stop the stalling and quite a bit of the cheating. Thus, less cursing and more enjoyable game. If someone has something to say they must say it where all can see. Hope this is enough information for you.
