I have my final interview with a panel of five hiring managers this Friday. I would like to show them a portfolio of my work that includes a business plan, customer service stats and my performance numbers. How do I present this to a panel since it is more than one individual? Should I make five copies of everything or should I hand it to the one conducting the interview and have him pass it along??

Have 5 seperate hand outs as well as present it in an powerpoint format that includes another copy of your resume, references and career goals

Power Point Presentation... Always professional and will woo your crowd. This will give everyone the opportunity to follow your presentation easily. Plus if you do it on a projector screen, the focus and attention will be totally on you. The room is dark and they have no choice to look and follow your presentation. Plus, you may feel a little more comfortable in the dark where the eyes are not on you but on the screen. I know a group of investors that actually gave me that advise. Also, if they don't have something in hand to go back and look at.. if there are things in questions and flaws, they have more of a chance to catch it. This will put you in more control.

Go for the presentation style you think they will enjoy and will get your message across best. Bear in mind they have probably sat through upteen of these already, so if you can make yours a bit different and more polished that will be good.

Treat it like a presentation - make copies and include your resume and any letters of recommendation. This will also give you chance to show off your speaking skills.

And they better be flawless.

Best to you hope you nail it

I would definitely bring multiple copies. It's awkward for everyone to have to crane their necks to see over one person's shoulder and rude to ask them to follow along when only one person has a handout. Giving a copy to everyone shows respect and forethought.
