Is it education, experience or attitude? I would prefer that you all just choose only one of the given choices and justify...thanks!

Me personally, I think it's attitude.

Education and experience cancel each other out. A person who has, let's say, 5 years of experience has just as equal a chance as someone who possesses a college degree or other skills/certifications.

Attitude is what employers really hone in on. They watch for body language and listen intently when a candidate speaks. Someone with experience or education could be perfect for a job. However, if they have a poor attitude in general or have trouble articulating themselves (i.e. very shy or lack confidence in themselves), those things will be immediately picked up by the employer and the job will instead go to someone else.

If you are looking for a job (good luck to you if you are!), practice interviewing yourself in a mirror. Bring those other things to the table, but pay attention to how you carry yourself to the employer.

On a side note: be careful what you put on myspace or any of those other sites, because employers are quite aware of them and will use them to better gauge who their candidates are (since many of those pages are reflective of someone's personality).

I thinks its previous accomplishments, or experience. They can be listed on a resume as separate. Experience too often boils down to a list of job duties, whether you did them or not. Accomplishments tell a prospective employer you can AND will continue to do something that you are good at.
