If you guys can be alone, then stay in and rent a movie you already know will be good. It's a much more personal date with much more privacy to really enjoy each other's company.

See "The Departed." That is the only movie worth seeing. It is has the best reviews 97% and all my friends and I are raving about it. Sure you might have her scared watching Texas Chainsaw and gripping your arm. But she'll probably leave angry and she'll have you as the main target. It's such a lame movie, the scenes are cliched and you can see the scare coming from a mile away. If you see the Guardian, the chance are someone will fall asleep since it is so long.
The Departed is a number one choice.

That depends on the movie genre you are both interested in. I hear "The Guardian" is good. For some laughs you could try "Employee of the Month". Look at some movie previews.
