I'm gonna say no, cause there is no hair to fall out♥

They don't need the hairnets. If they wear the hairnets in support of their co-workers they will be teased. If they don't wear the hairnets they'll be teased anyway. It's a no-win situation. The best thing for them to do is focus all their attention on the crab-stuffed salmon casserole.

Yes, they do. Hairnets are required by state law. (not all states require them) If the state requires a hairnet, then in all cases so far, the state does not specifically state that the person must have hair in order to require them to wear a hair net.

In Indiana, you must wear a beard-net if you have facial hair, but you must wear a hair net on your head regardless of the length of hair on your head. Their are exceptions for certain types of food service areas, but not for baldness.

Maybe not a hairnet, but at least a ballcap to absorb sweat.
Restaurant kitchens are hot, after all. And now they make funky do-rags and stuff for head coverings.

Actually they do. It doesn't only prevent hair from falling in food, but keeps dry skin particles, dandruff (yes bald people still get dandruff), and helps keep sweat from rolling off their heads into the food. It gets hot when cooking in a kitchen with limited room, and lots of hot stoves blazing in the kitchen. I know because my brother is a bald chef, and he's required to still wear one.

That depends on restaurant policy and city ordinance. Sometimes "All Employees" have to wear hairnets.

I don't think so. Thats like asking someone with no hands to wear gloves, or a blind man to wear glasses.

that's a good question, but no!
They do, however, need some sort of hat or cloth to keep sweat from dripping all over the food :)
