I had a tubal pregnancy in Nov. My doctor did not remove my tube because he told me it could make it harder to concieve. He also said that some months you ovulate on one side and some on the other, not in any pattern, so you might ovulate 2 months in a row on one side. You still have a chance of getting pregnant, it just might take you a couple of extra months. I hear the ovulation tests work great!!! I am going to try them if I am not already pregnant. Good luck to you!!!! If you would like me to tell you anything else I discussed with my MD you can email me. shelli0824@yahoo.com

Laparoscopic surgery can be used to reverse tubal sterilization, according to researchers. This type of procedure, which involves a flexible lighted tube and instruments fed through multiple incisions in the abdomen, is much less invasive than conventional surgery. And the research team reports that 4 out of 5 women undergoing one of these laparoscopic procedures achieved a successful pregnancy within the next 3 years

I am not too sure about the truth of that, but try charting to see when exactly you are ovulating:
The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.
