The Japanese blood type theory of personality is a popular belief that a person's ABO blood type is predictive of their personality, character, and compatibility with others. This belief has carried over to certain extent in other parts of East Asia such as South Korea and Taiwan. In Japan, asking someone their blood type is considered as normal as asking their astrological sign.(wikipedia)

There is no satisfactory evidence for this but you might be interested to know. Few descriptions say:

**TYPE AB: (CARE_FREE) People of this blood type are supposed to be natural leaders, great organizers, diplomatic, rational and imaginative.
**TYPE O: (HOT) People with this blood type are powerful leaders, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, optimistic and good at business.
