Fantastic - I loved that one. Hector lived with Za Za the cat (who was very glamorous and always wore a red dress), and used to spend alot of time pottering in his garden - usually berating himself with phrases like "what a silly old hector I am!". They had a wierd menage a trois type relationship with Kiki the frog who lived over the fence, and wore a strange pink gingham tunic and hat. She used to climb up the wall with a ladder. I always suspected that Hector secretly fancied Kiki!!

Hector the Dog and Zaza the Cat lived in a house in the centre of a garden full of flowers. Kiki the Frog lived next door and seemed to spend her time spying on them over the garden wall, or sneaking through her access hole.

My kids used to watch it. There was a cat called Fifi. I believe it was originally a French satirical programme.
