Me and my friend are having a debate, I say no, when I asked her to name a song he had out she couldn't do it. But yet he was "big"... then she tried to argue he just wasn't big to us... My arguement is that being a successful artist is not about being "big" to individual people... even if you don't like a successful artist... u know they're name, and who they are...

Sammie came out with one hit when he was twelve years old I don't even remember the name of the song. But no to say he was "big" would be a lie. He was a one hit wonder back then but he does have talent so I hope this time he comes out with more than one hit. When I think about someone being "big" I think about Beyonce, Lil Wayne, etc because they are always coming out with hits.

He got alot of press when he first came out, but mainly because of his age, not his talent. He had one hit back then. I don't even remember his work, so I'd say he was never really "big".

Sammie was lite-way big when he came out in 2000. He had like 4 hit singles. "I Like It"-"The Bottom"-"Hush Lil Lady" & "Crazy Things I Do"......But he wasn't big big though....He's bigger now! lol

I remember Sammie! I don't think he made it big, though. I didn't remember him until this question.
