My old computer is in Florence, Kentucky and there are a LOT of files on it. I need a computer tech to copy all the files to DVD then ship them to me. Any ideas of a good computer tech that won't charge an arm and a leg. The files are worth $1000's of dollars - they have original source code on them.

I live in China now! The files are too expensive to risk to ship the harddrive to me....So, I need to find someone to go to my parents house and copy the files to DVD. So, I need a tech support person. Any ideas?

Folks please understand I am a computer expert. If I could do it myself I would. My parents are in the dark ages. I have no friends that live near my parents where my computer is.
I need a computer tech person. That is the ONLY way you will get 10 points from me. find me a computer tech person who can get the job done! Thanks a lot!

You can only access the old computer if you setup an account like PC Anywhere on both systems. How come you cant just have someone ship the PC to you. or even better, just ship the HDD and put that in an external case so you can just plug it into a USB hub and never have to copy a single file. (you can buy these external cases for HDDs at best buy or wherever)

u can do this your self if u can get someone to follow your instructions and that be someone u trust to get it done and u two get together and dl a copy of pc anywhere and install it on both machines and then u can get them right to your computer also get the person that does this to also setup machine to accept a remote access from u u will need name of computer and and description of said computer these are found in control panel and then to system and from ther ur an re off And running also the remote aqccess also allows u to control the other computer in florence and turn it on and off as needed gl and if u need more help just im me and we will talk gl lol...

Get PC Anywhere on both machines, and download the files accross the internet.
