okay so im having problems with seeing the difference of nationality and race i know the race like black white and the nationality of american english but if your mom is french born and raised in france and you are born and raised in america are you considered all french also are the french white.

Your Question is confusing, but I will try. Your mother would be considered a French American and you would be an American because you were born and raised here. You would be from European descendant through.

You are considered as half French because your mum was born in france and raised there . you wasnt rasied in france you were rasied and born in America which makes you American but half Fench because of your mums genetic genes.

You can the same nationality but a different race but you can't be a different race just because you move or are borm in a different nation.

The french are gallic (thats gallic not garlic) they are white and i guess as you are half french half american that would make you thoroughbred white
