okay so i was wondedering i considerate myself half mexican and half black but in fact my grandfather on my moms side is half chinese and half spanish (from spain) and my grandma side is half indian ( i think it cherokee) and half indian. so am i supoose to say all of that or can i just keep saying im half mexican and half black

If someone ask you this very personally question just say the you are an American woman. Who is Half mexican and half black. If you want to get into deatils... go for it.

You can say whatever you feel in your heart.
My daughter is half Mexican also, I joke with her and tell her she's half Mexican and half Miscellaneous.She teases me that I'm too white to be Mexican. Oh well.....

i have always thought if you don't want anyone to know what you are that's fine don't tell them or if you wantthem to know i would say half Mexican and half black. my teacher told me to never call Indians Indians they are Native Americans. e-mail me back on what you think.
