Most of the Gay Days at Disneyland are unofficial, organized by outside groups. However, Disney does do strong work for gay rights (giving partner benefits and the like).
However, they are also extremely protective of their trademarks and their characters' reputations, and this would fall into that category. Regardless of one's feelings about homosexuality, one wouldn't want children to see Disney characters engaging in any sort of sexual activity.
