It depends on the position of the baby and the quality of the ultrasound. I somethimes determine the sex at 9 weeks by transvaginal ultrasound. But 14 weeks is the usual time.
I am an Ob&Gyn by the way

3-4 months ish, if you're lucky (position), and especially if a boy. Latest at detailed morphology ultrasound (5-6 months)

or else if you're really impatient there are some simple genetic blood tests that will test baby blood cells found in the mother's blood stream (i.e. standard needle procedure to draw a bit of blood from the mother, zero risk for baby / pregnancy of course). They cost about 100 dollars or so. And will give you an answer from about 2-3 weeks, yes!

good luck

Typically it's about 13 weeks, because a baby doesn't even develop sexual organs until the 7th week, so it is too small to determine until around 13. Which is why in case you were wondering, men are born with nipples. All fetuses are female until about the 7th week. Which proves women are the superior sex. LOL

I know they usually do the ultrasound at 20 weeks. But I'm sure they can tell before that . Maybe by amnio test.

I know people who found out at 13 weeks, but it is typically between 18 and 22 weeks.

Good luck.
