Sometimes.. "doing something wrong" may not just mean an affiar.
If hubby dun make them feel like they are cared for, if hubby dun communicate well with them, if hubby dun provide them with a life that they want, women may ask for a divorce...
Anyway, in a divorce, it always takes two hands to clap.. there is no right or wrong on both sides..

It is usually a cry for help. By the time those words come out, they have probably told their husband a billion times about things that are lacking in the relationship, whether it's trust, behavior, actions, etc.
And most times, the husbands go on and never think to address it. Maybe they think she is just complaining or nagging, or that she is PMS-ing and that she will get over it.....when in reality, she is trying to get some input from him, and some effort into fixing what is broken before it's too late.
After being rejected or ignored for too long........we usually say I want a divorce. Those are the extreme words. If he STILL doesn't take it seriously, then in time, sooner or later......those words will be put into action and divorce is exactly what will happen.
Just ask MY soon-to-be EXhusband.

I dont think that its the fact that they like it. There is probably so much going on in your lives that it gets to the point where its just too much and frustrating and you just feel like you just want to give up. Maybe at that point in time she just couldnt take it anymore. But it doesnt mean that you should take it seriously. Although these problems will eventually escalade into a bigger problem and may result in divorce. See whats at the core what is causing her to say this try to work out the problems that you may have. Communication is the most important part in a marriage. You will never be able to understand how one another feels about things but knowing how they feel helps.

It gets the mans attention and MAYBE he might understand that things are not as she thinks they should be so MAYBE he may attempt to make changes if he thinks she is considering a divorce. It's a scare tactic .... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Communicate more, be more attentive and understanding. Take a look at the relationship and make changes where needed as best as you can and maybe she won't mention the "D" word again.
Good luck and God Bless....

Because they think their men are cowards and want to test them. Also they feel insecure and have a burning fear of being abandoned.

i think they don't really mean it. because if the man refues to divorce that's mean he still want her.
women like to feel wanted. and men like to feel needed.
