Can anybody recommend any products that I can use to detoxify by cleaning out my colon? I have done some research and have seen things such as Puristat but I would like more choices and would like to know if and how they work. Thanks!

I just started a new product from www.drnatura.com, the Colonix parasite cleanse, which some friends have used with good results. They also have one that's something like "Toxin Out" that sounded good but I didn't know anyone that had used it yet.
The Awareness Corporation has a really great (gentle but effective) colon cleanser, "Experience" but I don't know if you can still get if off the Net or not. I didn't look. However, I can vouch that it is a great cleanser and didn't cause any nasty side effects. Everyone I know that used it got good results.

to this point as i'm able to tell, there are not any shown weight help advantages from the acai berry, juice, or pills. It does look a super supplement (I take it, yet do no longer sell the stuff!) and is crammed with anti oxidents, which help forestall injury on your physique. yet that's what you need to take it for, no longer weight help or fat burning. The acai berry itself is a super ingredient - has various anti oxidents and so on and is definitely reliable for you. yet there is not any longer something quite to characterize in clinical phrases that it helps with weight help. And there are a number of scams available, be careful the place you purchase it from! I take it, and that i think of i think greater healthy and greater desirable. notwithstanding it is not some form of magic formula, sorry.

I went to a doctor once who specializes in this sort of thing. He gave me some kind of detox made from volcano rock (can't remember the name) and fibralax.
Your local vitamin shop should be able to advise on what to get and most likely have it in ctock as this is fairly common.
