I like to hear an unusual speech, so I would go with an unexpected topic that can be researched on the internet like:
How pumpkins are being used as fuel.
Strange objects that dogs chose to eat besides homework
What was behind the selection of colors in your crayon box?
Who invented the shower head and why do we care?
