Impatiens can and should be brought in if you have very cold winters! They will bloom inside, too, if you keep feeding them.

depending on the plants itself, perhaps it's just an early bloom which will die & then come back when it's more appropriate in spring.

bringing it in the house will depend on the thing's tolerance to your inhouse environment, how much light & space is available & obviously how big it is

You can but they are a messy plant--dropping leaves and flowers as they are spent. If you don't mind cleaning up after them go for it. And don't overwater--#1 mistake with impatiens.

yes they last ages if kept out of the cold ,you can trim them back and makenew plants by putting the cut stems in a glass of water where they will soon form lots of roots
