I've always used FIrst Repsonse. A box of 2 tests costs between $10-$12. It has been accurate every time.
You can take it up to 5 days before you 'think' you are going to miss your period.

Good luck!

According to Consumer Reports, First Response is one of the most accurate since it can detect very tiny amounts of hcg. But if you are actually nearly 2 months pregnant, then just about any test will work!

Hope you are already taking your prenatal vitamins to prevent birth defects -- if not, please get some today -- and following all the precautions of a pregnant woman. Good luck!

The most accurate that I have used is EPT and her in Michigan it runs about 18 to 20 dollars, depending on which one you get. The link below shows a comparison and locations.

With my 1st I used and EPT and it showed up while i was still peeing on the stick. Our second child we couldn't afford and EPT so I went to the Dollar Store adn bought one that said comparable to EPT and I had to pee in a cup and use the dropper to drop 3 drops, by the time I have 2 drops it said pregnant. So I really believe it's up to you. Good Luck.

EPT is good but I used a generic store brand test with my son and that worked just as well. You can get one for around $8-$10. Good luck.

I used ClearBlue Easy three times. Two were positive and I have two kids and the third was negative. They were very accurate for me!
