The Jergens Natural Glow lotion is what I use and it works a lot better than any other self-tanners that I have used. I use it every day and haven't had any problems with the orangey tint etc.

Well..i've used Jergens Glow Tanning/Moisturizing Lotion. It works and it's gradual so no orange streaks. LOL. The only thing is you have to apply it everyday so that can get tiring at times. They have special applications made specifically for the face and it ranges from about 5 to 6 dollars a bottle. Check out this site! Good luck with your tan!

The best self tanning product i've found that actually does work is Johnsons Holiday Skin moisturiser, it really does build up a lovely tan but takes time. If your orange everytime you buy a product try using a colour/shade closer to your natural skin colour for example if your pale dont go for a dark bronzer.

two realistic options - 1) invest in a bottle of Dove Summer Glow and apply to face. You wont run the risk of coming out orange as its a really gradual tanner so one or two applications would be fine.

2) if your not into the whole 'fake tan' business, you can, as has been mentioned previously, purchase a decent bronzer (bronzing pearls are prob best) and use a large brush to dust over face.

Hope this helps

I use fake bake spray tan as I have the same problem with the orange look! After wasting loads of cash on products that made me look like I'd been tango'd I finally found this one.
Its about £20 mail order but I just spray v quickly in the morning and has lasted me for about 4 months so prob about the same in the long run.

DO NOT WEAR JOHNSONS HOLIDAY SKIN!! My mate used it and looked awfull!! Go on the sunbeds and get ad all round glow, so its not just your face thats tanned, because you are going to look silly! with jus a tanned face! Or go to your local salon and get a spray tan! Once you have that done than jus apply some bronzer and you shall have the golden glow!

Don't use a phoney tan. Try a brush-on bronzer, there's a really decent one from Wet n' Wild for only 2.99! Or visit a warm country on your holidays. Sometimes you can find these shops where you can go in a tanning bed abroad. Sunbathe indoors a lot, find an outdoor swimming pool, that way you don't get burnt.

Ok, Ive been there done that! (laughing) Ive tried to achieve that bronze healthy look too. Ive found a awesome trick!
In Walmart, they sell in the lotion isle, a great Subtle self tanner & Daily moisturizer all in one bottle. Its called Dove, Energy Glow. Get one for medium skin tones. Rub this all over you body when you youve dried off from a shower or bath. Make sure youve rubbed it in everywhere evenly. I normally start with my feet and work up. Now for your Face: Start out with a penny size squirt, and rub well, over your face and down neck. You will see a diffrence in a matter of minutes. The more you add the darker you get. Now in the winter months I can look healthy with a touch of sun! (a secret in a bottle) The lotion moisturizes your skin, and smells lovily. Try this out, You will fall in love with DOVE too!

Why dont you go to a tanning bed? Buy a lotion that has a glow or bronzer in it. when applying it make sure to rub it in very well. Do not keep it on for for than 40 mins.

buy that gradual tan stuff.Nivea+johnsons are the best 1's. Have a shower at night+moisturise. In the morning apply the tan stuff as a moisturiser-remember that this will turn darker,so rub it in everywhere(down neck, in and behind ears). do this every other day.
