Well, Square-Enix denied actually remaking Final Fantasy VII. But I mean, I know Final Fantasy VII was the best to alot of people. But it just seems like a waste of time and money. Think about it, when PS5 or something crazy comes out, it'll be worthless, again. Also, has anyone ever thought about you know, doing Final Fantasy VIII and IX? Because not everyone had Final Fantasy VII as their favorite FF game. I'm one of the few people who like Final Fantasy VIII better. Anyways, one of my other answers has a link to the site that says that square isn't going to, but who knows?

That is a rumor that has been denied at this point. I read in PSM that there are no plans to remake FF7. I emailed Square about it and also about reissuing FF7 and I have not heard anything back. I still have a few sealed greatest hits that I have been holding on to! I sold my other 9 copies a few months ago!

for the ps3 i believe, but its only a graphical update. all the major characters will sport their new outfits from advent children
