why our people feel so hard to elect a communist government in state and in centre?

Communism is the exact solution for the peace all over the world..Marxism is mainly concerning with the problems faced by the lower level unwealthy people and their solutions..But our people is feeling difficulty with communism and not giving a chance to establish a communist government in our country..WHY..? they have to note one thing that WEST BENGAL , TRIPURA has a communist government all-the years , continously...they don't like to change their government..it means what..?the people of their state is fully satisfying with the government..yes.,it is the truth...people of all the states of INDIA has to give a chance to establish a communist government at states and also at centre...You , people just think yourself " How is it possible for CPI(M) to rule West Bengal continously for 36 years..? Is any other party ruled a state for such a long period..? no..why..? only because of people's satisfaction with the government

Wow, where to start. You see, there was this country called Russia, and communism ruled there for for over sixty years before it finally collapsed, and it was not because the people were satisfied with the leadership. China uses child labour to sell stuff to America very cheaply, they are communists. Communism does not stay in office by voting fairly, it makes sure it wins. Communism takes away freedom, and in the name of equality takes everything away from everyone so that everyone is dirt poor except for the communist elite. Communism is a good theory on paper, but has never worked anywhere it has been applied, and never will. China has done the best with it, but they would still collapse if they didn't have us to trade with. Communism is not the answer for America.
BTW, who has ever heard of West Bengal, Tripura? It's not even an entire country, just a province of India.

Do people never learn? Communism is probably the most discredited political & economic system in the world today. All you need to do is open your eyes to see all the failed "communist " states around the globe. And please feel free to give me one example where marxism has lead to "peace". The only "communist" state that can reasonably be called a success is China and they only started becoming a viable economic power when they moved away from the hard core Marxism of Mao and his cronies and let some of the much dreaded free enterprise into the system. And while your at it why don't you ask the people of Tibet and the survivors of the democracy movement in China how "peaceful" the system is there? And while I fully admit that I don't know much about West Bengal , even a cursory knowledge of 20th century history tells me that communist states stay in power simply because thay don't allow the citizens any other option. Our capitalist system is full of problems ( no political or economic system devised by human beings is perfect as we sure aren't) but at least we always have the potential to change it for the better. Live under your precious Marxist state for awhile and see what happens when you become unhappy with how it works. Your desire for peace and prosperity is admirable but you need to open your eyes , get past the rhetoric and dogma and see all the practical examples around you.
Add on note - As I stated I know very little about West Bengal so I began checking into it and lo & behold I find that the government is democraticlly elected . If the people are choosing this form of government themselves and not having it shoved down their throats from above then more power to them. I'll reserve the right to wait and see what happens when and if the people of West Bengal vote against the ruling party. Who knows, I might be surprised yet again.

While no dobubt the continuous rule of the Reds in WB and Tripura for such a long spell is praiseworthy you will appreciate that while it has helped to some extent in ensuring social justice it has not added much to the protress of the regions. In fact, there had recently been deaths due to starvation even in WB. The problems of India are not going to be sloved by any ism.The other states which are not under Red rule are not bad off and some in fact have made good progress.So as Alexamnder Pope said For forms of government let fools contest
That is best which is administered best.

And we have to remember that we have promised ourselves to rule democratically. The WB government is also an outcome of this process. So if the Reds can really convince the prople about their case people may yet give them a chance.

Communism proved that it was just a religion like Islam and Christianity.
So when people follow a religion why another?
Most Communists governments proved to be inefficient, corrupt and biased.
Or the people in those countries weren't that much developed to understand the goodness of Communism.

Communism is still dear to some people because a good number of leaders keep some virtues in their lives.

Because they have only a few handful of leaders in these states. They are very cunning to rule. They do no not want new leaders to surface, so that their importance is reduced. If younger leaders come on the scean, they may throw them out of power for ever. Old dogs' tail never straighten up. I agree with you on the account that if Communists come to power, they can run the Government the best way.

The problem with communism isn't that it hasn't worked before. That's a fool's answer.

Communism is the violent overthrow of hte government then an instating of a socialist economy through the means of a dictator. The dictator is put in after the revolution to force the economy into socialist and to help bridge the country to a pure socialist utopia. The problem is just that... well good luck finding someone who'll be dictator and then give up his power. All the dictators in history end up keeping hteir power (not like they have any arguments from the party)

The Soviet Union, Cuba and China tried to have communist governments and their economies collapsed under the chaos that communism caused.

The basic fact is that people are not motivated to do their best, if the rewards are equal for the lazy and incompetent when compared to the rewards for the hard-working and competent.

Because communists have a mask.They teach poor that the land wealth of the rich belongs to them.But all leaders are themselves affluent.The slogan sounds very nice to the poor.They keep the money and give weapons to the poor to keep fighting against the govt.This is the secret of spreading of maoist movement across indian north south region.
