how much time do hollywood celebs spend with their kids?

im concerned coz its becoming a hobby or something for them to adopt african babies???i wonder what the motive behind all that is...sometimes i think they adopt them coz they know the nanny will take all that responsibility of raising those kids....they only get to spend time with them when they are out shopping ....and posing for the paparazzis ......

Some of them spend enough, quality time with their kids, like Madonna!
Others do not spend time even to "create" them!
But, isn't it true with all people?
