Dragon bottles anger until she gets home. Then she lets it all out in a screaming, stomping hissy fit. Very therapeutic.

Not anymore, instead of bottling it up, I try to find the best way to express it without hurting anyone. Bottled up anger is very dangerous and hazardous to your physical and mental health. Let it go!

I do and at times I might just blow up. It really all depends on the situation. Either way I will have major attitude. I know its not good to keep anger bottled up though.

Yes, I often do. In fact, I have a six pack of bottled up anger waiting to be opened.

Not really. When mum left dad I spent 8 years on dope, coccaine, herion and LSD, and got in lots of fights. But now, after a broken nose, broken knuckles [boxers fractures] etc, I settled down and am well into second year of a College Degree..... Let it go, kid, and read or study..... I challange you to read Socrates, Plato, Solomon, etc, and come out the far side without wanting to help society like Rockerfeller or Andrew Carnegie or any of the world's great philanthropists.

No your post to release anger not bottle it up. Example: writing it down on paper then throwing it away, also listening to calming music helps!!!!!!!!

I'm not angry anymore.
Years ago, I was an angry young man. I'd pretend I was a billboard. Standing tall, by the side of the road, I fell in love with the beautiful highway.
