His first wife was Roxane, daughter of Oxyartes (a Sogdian warlord). She (quite probably) had a son that died shortly after birth during the army's march to the Indus in 327 BC; and when Alexander died she was around 6 months pregnant with a son who became Alexander IV (and who was murdered in around 313/12BC.

In 324 BC Alexander married Stateira (also called Barsine in the some of the sources) who was the daughter of Darius III Codomannus, the Great King of Persia whom Alexander had defeated. She was possibly pregnant when Alexander died; but Roxane had her murdered to ensure there was no rival for her own unborn child.

In 324 BC Alexander also married Parysatis, a descendant of the line of Great Kings whose throne Darius III had usurped. Thus Alexander was able to claim a link to both Persian royal lines and a link back to one of his heroes, Cyrus the Great. Parysatis was possibly also murdered by Roxane.

Later in life, Alexander married several princesses of former Persian territories, Roxana of Bactria, Statira, daughter of Darius III, and Parysatis, daughter of Ochus. He fathered two children, (Heracles), born by his concubine Barsine (the daughter of satrap Artabazus of Phrygia) in 327 BC, and Alexander IV of Macedon, born by Roxana shortly after his death in 323 BC.

Why is it so important for Gay people to try and say that all these other famous people are gay?... Alexander the Great may have been bi-sexual (which wouldn't have been unusual during that time period)... but he wasn't gay... and that movie was terrible.

You should also while you are looking up that information find out how many gay lovers he had. It is very common knowledge that he was at least a bi-sexual man. Many think he was completely gay.
