Seatle Defense over Rams, much stronger
I have Karsay in a league I am in, he has been decent, I would go with him, Baltimore is good at holding teams to field goals.

John Kasay, the Ravens don't allow many TD's but who said anything about field goals.

Seattle D should get you some turnovers and maybe a TD. Kasay is going to be kicking alot of field goals in that game...start him.
