Angel, it makes a difference to your elected officials. When your neighborhood needs schools, roads, etc. the elected populace looks to see the voting population of your district. Makes a big difference in who get's the money. Vote!!

Absolutely. It always amazes me that people take voting for granted. It is a duty and a priviledge. I cannot understand why people don't realize how important it is. I am a woman and women have not always had voting rights. I owe a debt of gratitude to those who came before me and fought for my right to vote.

Yes and I think it should be tied in with the your drivers license....you don't vote you don't get license.
And make a different color license for non citizens so that can't vote. Like they do in some states for those under 21.

Yes, but honestly tell me how much is one stupid little vote going to count. I believe that they count for nothing and the government rigs it so who they want to win wins.
