1. Talk to him, make sure he knows stuff about you and who you are. You can't expect him to like you if he doesn't know you exsist.
2. Get to know him and make sure you remember important things about him, like hobbies and interests. These things will come in handy later on in the relationship.
3. Let him meet up with you at the movies or somewhere where you can invite friends to get to know him and for you to get to know his friends.
4. Get the inside scoop about him from his friends or other people that know something about him and his crushes.
5. Tell someone that can get the word to him that you like him. (it will be less embarassing then telling him yourself, and it will make him think that you don't know that he knows about your crush on him. That will provoke him to make a move on you, if he really likes you)
6. Flirt with him a little to let him know that you really do like him. (look him in the eye, brush agaisnt him, don't be afraid to touch him)
Tips
If you can get an insider on how he feels about you, then find out. If not, tell him how you feel and see what he says. If he doesnt feel the same way, tell him that you still want to be friends.
Warnings
If he doesnt like you, its not the end of the world. You still have time to find the right guy. Maybe in the future he will have feelings for you, just get to know him more and grow a good solid friendship.

Be coy just say to someone that u know will tell him that u think he's cute see how he reacts. ithen u can try eye contact....this works so well (i know) u can make eye contact with him then look away then look back a few minutes later to see if he's looking if he is that means he's probably considering if he's interested or not or u can just make eye contact with him at least twice out of the week after a while he'll realize ur looking at him because ur interested in him and seeif he takes it from there

If he likes you depending if he's shy or not, he'll try to play it cool around you. Look for things like being tense and being exceptionally quiet around you in a crowd. Also, it will be hard for him to give you eye contact. ...or if he's outgoing, he'll make it a point to talk to you.
