Curiousity is one thing, and many gays will not bash you for that, but many chose to ask thier questions in hateful manors. Then they feel attacked. Would you not fight back if attacked.

Well, I don't know why some people would be upset with the question you initially asked, however you did make a leap of logic in your response to Randy when you accused him of being a child rapist. I read his answer to your question, which although somewhat graphic, was a legitimate answer. Your response to accusing him then made you hostile to gays. Had you left the answer as is, since you did ask peoples opinion, I doubt you would have rec'd any negative response. The problem as I see it is that, like many str8 people, you jump to conclusions that have nothing to do with what was asked or said. Your question was specific, Randy gave an answer, you then contorted logic and declared him a paedophile. That and that alone was enough to brand you a bigot. When people leap to illogical conclusions and show, at least on the surface, bias, you can't be surprised by the reaction of those you have defamed. Being curious is perfectly fine, and asking questions is not a problem, BUT when you use defamatory statements and address gays in an inappropriate manner, you will get hostility. Remember, if you ask a question, be prepared for the answer.

Especially on this site, people are used to other people being incredibly offensive and malicious. If something you say has any ambiguity to it, most people are going to assume that you meant it in the worst way possible. That said, when you ask questions like "why do gay people...", you're lumping everyone together and making a sweeping generalization that's more often than not almost completely unfounded. If you want to know why a gay person would act accordingly with a gay stereotype, the answer is that 1) some people just feel that that's them being themselves 2)they're conditioned to some degree that if they're gay, that's how they're supposed to be 3)to find other gay people / repel people who are going to have a problem with them. If the reason doesn't fall into one of those, then the answer is: same reason straight people do.

For me hun I was married to a man for 17 years. I had two kids with him. I dated guys all my life. I had feelings looking back at a couple of girls in high school but I thought that was normal and my life went on. A neighbor moved in next door to my husband and I and from the moment we met I new she was my soul mate and we had been together in every life before this one. She is the love of my life. We have been together now for 14 years and going strong. What I have also found is that gay men are very overly sensitive...

Honestly I checked your question, it was completely stupid. However, it did not make me mad at all. It just made me think you were very stupid. But again - not mad.

I am not really curious about straights (correct spelling if you did not know) because I have lived around them all my life.

And just for the record I am positive I have been around many more gays than you, and for much longer periods of time, and I have never ever even one time noticed this act of sucking in ones cheeks.

Gay people are not exotic creatures; save that for the discovery channel. We are all human and who cares about different traits?! All different people make up the world we live in... and wouldn't it be dull otherwise? We don't need to ask questions. All we have to do is turn the TV on or go for a walk. Like it or not, this is a straight's world.

P.S: I understand that your question wasn't meant to be offensive.

It is to protect themselfs people come to this site to bash gays someone first appear to be nice and friendly or just curious but just after that they send you personal emails and call you stuff.I understand what you mean but here is the ultimate question: where is the love?

We have a low tolerance for bigotry, hatred, and plain stupidity. What did you expect asking a question like 'why do gays suck in their cheeks'? You really need to see a counselor about your attitude and communications skills. The question rested on a false premise and was deservedly rejected by our community.

I can't speak for all, but I don't feel the need to inquire on others hetorosexual activity. What you do in your bedroom is all you. Why would I want to be put in a possition to report an allready uncomfortable subject to one who should not be concerned with it in the first place???

i believe its because Because many of the gays on this site really don't support diversity. If it isn't a 100% positive spin on how wonderful gays are they will descend on you like a pack af rabid hyenas and verbally rip you a new one
