That's a good joke, but no Condoms do not work 100% of the time. Some stats say "If used correctly" (i don't know how one would be used incorrectly) they are 98 to 99% effective. Some studies say 96% effective. Either way, there is a little room for error!

Loving the joke! If you want a serious answer, no they don't. It's always best for a woman to use the pill as an extra level of contraception. But they are the only barrier to STDs, so you're safer always using them.
