Not usually.
People get very squirmy when they find out that I can't vocalize...
but I try to put them at ease with smiles and at times goofy behavior...seems to work , after a while I am just "one of the guys".
The awkward period never lasts long.and people are asking me to teach them certain things in sign language...really cool how most respond.
Of course there are always immature jerks that have to make fun at ones disability...I say ...screw them , ....smile

I'd like to think I do. Especially when I know the "audience" I need to impress. I've been in sales of some kind or another for 20 years...if you can't make a good first impression...you won't make a sale. Simple as that. It doesn't matter what you sell...if the person buying it doesn't immediately respond to you with a favorable first impression...your screwed. So yeah, I make a good first impression. Now if I could just figure out how to make a "lasting impression", I'd be happy.

I'm a friendly and outgoing guy. I enjoy classical music and stargazing. My turn-ons are short hair and clean feet. Turn-offs are exessive cursing and coffee breath. I'm looking for a girl who isn't afraid to try new stuff like Kimchee or Karaoke in foreign languages.

I like to think so. People usually have to get to know me before they see just how screwed up I really am. But on the outside I'm just one of the shiny happy people.
