Go to www.piczo.com, sighn up, then go to your website page, click tools and under that click piczo pros, when you get to that up at the top click Cool HTML for my site and scroll down and there is all kinds of curser pictures and there HTML codes. HOPE U LIKE IT ( its free also )

HTML can't do that. Search with google for javascript code to do that.
