Yes, definitely. It does not matter whether the noun is in singular or plural. The Saxon genitive requires the use of an apostrophe in either number, and the "s" is only omitted after a sibilant.

Try this: It's the lady's study time or It's the ladies study time.

If it`s plural,then you typed it right.If it`s cingular,then you type it 'lady`s'.^^
