I have the Motorola RAZR V3i from Cingular and when you surf Media Net or use any kind of Instant Messenger, you can only use the iTap feature which gets pretty annoying after a while. I can text much faster, and I'd rather do that most of the time. Does anyone know if there's a way I can disable it? I've tried looking through my phone for that tool, but couldn't find it. Can you even turn off this feature?

When you're getting ready to type in the Field, press the menu button and choose "Entry Mode" than choose the mode that you want. I know that will work on messaging. It will probably work on other things too, but I've never tried.
