When I walk with my wife, it is always side-by-side with me against the street. With other people, I am always 2 steps ahead.

Two steps behind because I can't keep up. I'm partially disabled. My friends know, they match my pace. It's the inconsiderate people I work with that leave me in the dust.

Right next to eachother. The only excuse to have one behind the other while walking is if you two are walking and hugging.

I'm uncomfortable walking ahead of somebody...
and I REALLY don't like walking behind somebody.
