Why cant I post resume?

Trying to post on Monster. Says my document didnt have "doc." extension but must have.docfile. thank you

A couple of reasons. Check it out.

- File Name too long
- File Name cannot contain spaces or punctuation characters
- You need Internet Explorer 6 with SP1 (Check the ABOUT section under the Help Menu)
- Too much SPYWARE

You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

Did you do your resume in word? You need to make sure your file is .doc in order for monster.com to accept your file.
