Sometimes, Dear One, we just need to let them know....directly.
I've been with the hubby for 10 years now and when we first were married he didn't 'see' my flirting....so in a joking, loving way I would tell him 'Hey, this is your queue for a kiss love, its called flirting'. He would chuckle and give my bottom a smack. Over time he has come to 'see' the flirting and I no longer have to prompt him. He has evolved into a passionate, expressive, loving person.

You need to have a conversation with him about what you do to flirt. Let him know for example, that when you touch his leg while talking that you are flirting or if you wear something sexy, you are flirting. Whatever you do to flirt with him, let him know what it is, so he can be better aware. Also ask him what he considers flirting. He may think grabbing his butt is flirting. Men are less subtle than women.

Maybe you have to take a look at how you flirt with him. What you see as flirting he may not think of as anything. It might be that you just need to amp it up a bit.

Before dating was there flirting? There are "Sex Coupon Booklets" that are sold at the local sex store. Maybe you can buy one of those and give him a coupon after his has done something special, and then he can cash in these coupon by giving you. Enjoy these coupons they are fun.
