God! What a load of rubbish here.
Open the bios setup program. you'll need to read the manual to do this.
Navigate to 'exit' menu and select 'default setting' or 'manufacturers settings' then press enter key.
Your computer will restart and the original setting will be loaded.

Hi >
Regardless of other suggestions...
Unscew the back off, carefully unplug the main processor, and any other significant-looking big chip. (Oh make a note as to locations and opientations), then plug the jiggers back in.
All done with the power off, of course, but then plug it back in.
Amazing. But do with care.
Just as came out of the factory !

Since its a Dell, go upstairs, preferably the 22nd floor of your Mansion, open a window and lean out with it and drop it.
Now proceed to your local store and buy something better...
PS can you tell I had problems with Dell?
