I assume you mean the English people who left England in 1620 to settle in North America and landed in Massachusetts! In that case,the answer is absolutely yes. And they wouldnt be too hard to find.

Several of these people were well educated and wrote a lot about their experiences. And other English colonists who came to America in the next few years and settled around Boston included quite a few uiversity graduates (mainly from Cambridge University). They wrote lots of letters, journals and even books which are preserved in the Massachusetts Historical Society and other archives.

You can look on line for John Winthrop to start. And if you go to the website for "Plimoth Plantation" which is the name of the museum that recreates the original settlement, there will be more information.
