I won 10 games and then lost one on 10/11/06 I received my points that night. The next day points were not there and my yahoo profile showed a streak of 2 games won instead of one game lost. Where are my points and what happened?

I would use this link to get a reply back from a person: games-e2y@cc.yahoo-inc.com They give me good answers. The regular game feed back is a generated form letter just for trouble shooting mostly Hope this helps you

yahoo has many problems. the points are gone and there is no-one to talk to. you can only email them and good luck if you get an answer from them!

you are probably SOL. I tried getting help with a problem with writing emails and I never got a useful response from them.
