Jeez, give the girl a break! I really doubt that the rumour is true, but if it is what right do you have to dictate who can have kids? If there's a risk then the authorities won't allow her to adopt. How would you like it if someone you'd never met suggested you'd make a bad parent? It might be tacky to dress your dogs in coats and booties but that's the only thing she's guilty of as far as I'm aware.

She would make a horrible parent. She's is always partying, and staying out late. So would take care of it. A maid, house keeper, nanny, etc???? That is no life for any kid. She gave away Tinkerbell because she was too big. What do you think should would do with a baby once it started to grow up, ship it off to school.

She wont take care of the kid, just pay someone else to do it, and only touch the child once it's clean and dressed in designer wear. Then she'll carry him/her around like a fashion accessory for a while, before handing the baby back to the nanny.

As a parent she is going to be even worst than Anna Nicole Smith.
But look on the other side:
The baby won't have any of her attention so he or she won't become a bad person.
However he or she will have everything else he or she needs.
Afterwards he or she will leave her.
