you know when they say that friday the 13th is an unlucky day... well why do they say it? it must be a myth of some sort...please help me and tell me where it has come from and why is there such a saying?

They jus used that from the movies. 13 is actually a good number.

Back in the year 10-- or so, when Emporer Constantine ruled over Europe, he declared war upon the Knights Templar. The Knights templar were the group who literally invented international banking, therefore they were very rich. On a Friday 13, his tactics worked and many of the Temples Templar were razed and many Knights templar killed. Constantine later on became Pope. This is why Friday 13 is still considered an unlucky day.

I think it had something to do with good friday - but in other cultures tuesday the 13 is unlucky so who do you believe

I think it's because of the movie "Friday the 13th". That's just my guess. It doesn't worry me though.

for me i think it is true because in chinese the 13 is the unlucky number
