I have just signed some friends up with the chocolate club, see link below. My wife was a member throughout last year so received a box of luxury chocolates every month made by some of the finest cholatiers in the world. Some of the chocs are heavenly whilst the rest are better than that! + it would mean your friend would receive a gift right through the year and be constantly reminded of her special day (she may even invite you over to taste a box with her!) well worth it

If she's registered some then get her something off that, those are things that she's requested that she will need in her new home. If she's not registered, then picture frames are always a good thing, shy not buy a couple one or two that she can put wedding photos in then a few of you and her that she can put up in her new home to remind her of your friendship.

How about Rubber sheets King Size, and a Gallon Drum of Baby Oil. I bet nobody else would give them that, and it would be memorable.

If she's your best friend, won't you already know what she wanted!!!!

Give her something from your heart to hers. That says I wish you all the happieness you deserve. I don't know this woman, so how can strangers give you advice on what to give someone you know. Again what does she like, collect or admire!!!

Money is the universal gift. People say there is no feeling behind it. I am getting married and I want money because it is very expensive. Or use her registry to decide what you think she can/will use most.

Something done by yourself , something you are directly committed to realize , like some dishes or glasses yo have written something nice with your own hands or bring to their wedding some celebrity they are both admiring.

A bangle from Tiffany should do the trick, something she can keep forever and remind not only of her wedding but of you as well

Putting those away on her big day so as not to take the attention from her would be a start. I have big boobs love, but put them away eh?! seriously, time and a place.....
