just watched it-it was really good.
in the flashbacks we found out sun was having an affair with her bald english teacher, her father found out and told Jin that he had to kill him but didnt tell him why. Jin went to the guy and beat him around a bit and just told him to leave the country and never come back. then Jin got in to his car outside and the bald man fell on his car. Sun's father had pushed him over the balcony and killed him.
In the present day Sayid figures out Jack, Kate and Sawyer have been captured and he pulls up in the boat at the dock where the others had taken them. although Jin doesnt want to, he and Sayid light a fire in an attempt to attract the others so they can fight them and Sun stays on the boat. the others find out and Ben (aka Henry) tells them he wants the boat. Six of the others sneak on the boat and Sun shoots the blonde woman in the stomach. Sun jumps off the boat while the others steer it away and she swims towards the shore to meet Jin. Sayid tells Jin he will listen to him in future.
Sawyer and Kate are forced to work, breaking and moving big rocks about. Sawyer (very dramatically) throws his axe aside and storms over to kiss Kate hollywood style. the others get angry and Sawyer tries to fight them but a woman holds a gun up to kate so sawyer has to give up and gets shocked by the others. back in their cages Sawyer tells Kate that the others are gonna slip up some day and they'll get the chance to fight them. they dont know their cages are being monitered with CCTV and Ben is watching and listening to everything they say.
short clip with Jack and Ben at the end. Ben tells Jack he's lived on the island all his life and that they do have contact with the outside world. he tells them what has happened in america in the 69 days they have been on the island and shows the Red Sox winning their game on a TV. Ben tells Jack if he co-operates, he will be allowed to go home...

In flashbacks, we found out that Sun had been having an affair with her English tutor and that he wanted her to leave Jin and come to America with him. Her father found out about the affair and told Jin to kill the man because he had been stealing. Jin went to do it but couldn't pull the trigger. He told him to leave the country and never return. Jin went outside to leave and the man killed himself by jumping out of the building and landing on Jin's car.
Sayid Jin and Sun were still on the sailboat and lit signal fires at different points along the beach. Sayid realized that Jack, Sawyer Kate and Hurley had been captured and was trying to lure the others out. the plan worked, but not to their advantage. Jin and Sayid who were hiding on the beach were ambushed by others and Sun, was waiting on the boat when it was boarded by the others. She shot and killed an other and was forced off the boat. she and Jin reunited in the water.
Kate and Sawyer were forced to do manual labor for the others and were not allowed to talk to or look at each other. Alex hid in the woods and talked to Kate, asking about the boy who had previously been in her cage. Sawyer kissed kate and was punished by electric shock.
Ben visited Jack and revealed that he has lived on the island his entire life, and that they do have contact with the outside world. it is mid-november 2004, and he showed Jack footage of the 2004 world series when the Boston Red Sox swept the Cardinals to win the series for the first time in 86 years. GO RED SOX!
