What, exactly is there to feel guilty about? That we liberated people from a sick murderous tyrant? That we destroyed his rape rooms and torture chambers and childrens' prisons? That we stopped the mass executions?

Should we say that those who opposed the war supported rape, murder, torture and oppression? Because this would be equally as true.

All this wailing and moaning and rending of garments over people you obviously do not care about is belied by the facts. We have given them the freedom to choose peace and self-government - a choice they did not have previously. We have given them the opportunity to thrive and prosper, to become educated, healthy and prosperous, choices they did not have previously.

They seem to be chosing conflict and internecene war. But that is their choice, not our doing. This is the truth of the matter, not your blithering casting of blame.

I support the war. I think that because I support the war, the blood that is spilled in Iraq is on my hands.

I can accept that, because I think the right thing is being done over there. Sometimes, bad people have to die. And sometimes good people have to die in the process of making bad people die.

I'm ok with that, and accept my responsibilitie for it fully.

I support the American troops. Are the war supporters the only ones with blood on their hands. How about the ones doing the roadside bombing, blowing up homes, and killing their own people?
