I borrowed a TV tuner from my cousin, and seems to be needing a driver, I have already succesfully downloading and make my TV tuner card recognizable by the mother board. After that, what will I do next/ do i need to download another application? and where can i find that?

Yes, you need software to view the channels, even with a properly installed driver. Try the manufacturers website. There are several 3rd party applications which will also work though.

You need to find what brand the TV tuner is and get the latest drivers and application from there web site

go to the website of the company that created the card, and search for the correct driver.
